Ingredients:

For the Chaffle Bun:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 2 oz Prosciutto, diced

For the Egg Patty:

  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, shredded
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 oz Prosciutto, diced

For the Sausage Patty:

  • 1 pound Breakfast Sausage, ground
  • 1 slice of your favorite Cheese

Instructions:

For the Egg Patties:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  3. Pour the mixture evenly into a 4-inch round silicone baking mold.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the egg is firm and set.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly.

For the Chaffle Bun:

  1. Heat a mini griddle.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded Colby Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and diced prosciutto. Mix until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the preheated mini griddle.
  4. Cook for 4-6 minutes or until the chaffle bun is golden brown and starting to get crispy.
  5. Repeat the process to make a second chaffle bun.

For the Sausage Patty:

  1. Divide the ground breakfast sausage into four equal portions.
  2. Take each portion of sausage and shape it into a patty.
  3. Place a skillet or frying pan on the stove over medium heat. If your sausage is very lean, you may want to add a small amount of cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  4. Once the pan is hot, carefully place the sausage patties in the pan.
  5. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until both sides are browned, and the patties are no longer pink in the center.
  6. Place a slice of your favorite cheese on top of each sausage patty while they are still in the pan and allow it to melt.

Assemble the Carnivorized Sausage and Egg McGriddle:

  1. Take one of your chaffle buns and place a sausage patty with melted cheese on top.
  2. Add an egg patty on top of the sausage.
  3. Finish with the second chaffle bun.
  4. Serve your delicious Carnivorized Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle with the unique Prosciutto Chaffle Bun. Enjoy!
