Ingredients:

  • Two 3/4 lb chicken breasts
  • 2 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 oz cheese, sliced (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 2 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Seasoning to taste (such as garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika)
  • Tallow spray (or other cooking spray)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Pat dry the chicken breasts with a paper towel.
  • Spray with tallow to help the seasonings and Parmesan adhere.
  • Using a sharp knife, slice a slit into the middle of each chicken breast to create a pocket. Be careful not to cut all the way through the chicken.

2. Stuff the Chicken:

  • Stuff each breast with the sliced cheese and crumbled bacon, making sure the filling is evenly distributed inside the pocket.
  • Coat the outside of the chicken with grated Parmesan cheese, pressing gently so it adheres to the surface.
  • Season the chicken with your favorite seasonings to taste.

    • Set your oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC).
  2. Prepare a Baking Sheet:
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the stuffed chicken breasts on it.
  3. Bake the Chicken:
    • Bake for 30-35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the breasts. Flip halfway through to ensure even cooking.
    • The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).

Serve:

  • Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite sides.

My Current Carnivore Bulk Workout Routine: Focus on Shoulder Hypertrophy

Iโ€™m currently on a carnivore bulk, focusing on shoulder hypertrophy. Below is my current workout routine, broken down by day and muscle group.

Day 1: Shoulders

  • Dumbbell Seated Shoulder Press: 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Lateral Raise: 4 sets of 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Single Arm Incline Lateral Raise: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Incline Front Raise: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • TRX T Deltoid Fly: 3 sets of 15 reps
  • Barbell Upright Row: 3 sets of 10 reps

Day 2: Legs/Abs

  • Dumbbell Goblet Squat: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squat: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Kettlebell Romanian Deadlift: 3 sets of 10 reps
  • Toes to Bar: 3 sets of 15 reps
