Chicken Crust Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground chicken
- ¼ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Alfredo Sauce:
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 1/2 cup Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Sea salt (to taste)
Toppings:
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 4oz Steak, cooked and sliced
- 1 medium Green Bell Pepper, diced
- 2oz Prosciutto
Instructions:
- Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C) and place a greased parchment paper on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture onto the parchment paper, shaping it into a round pizza crust. Ensure it’s even in thickness.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust begins to turn golden brown. Remove from the oven, drain any excess oil, and carefully flip the crust.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the crust is crispy and brown. Remove from the oven.
- Sauce:
- In a saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until it thickens and reduces in volume by about one-third.
- Reduce the heat to low and gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese. Keep whisking over low heat until the sauce becomes smooth. You can add nutmeg, sea salt, and black pepper to taste. Adjust the thickness with more cream if needed.
- Assemble and Bake:
- Spread the Alfredo sauce over the chicken crust, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add the cooked and sliced steak, diced green bell pepper, and prosciutto as desired.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and enjoy your Cheesesteak Chicken Crusted Pizza with an Alfredo twist!
