Moroccan Meatballs with Bang Bang (minus the sweet) Sauce.
This recipe comes from @thecarnitarian and is super easy to make. I accidentally forgot the garlic but they were still amazing and I may have eaten the entire pound immediately after 😱.

Here’s what you will (gently) mix up:
Meatballs
•1 lb ground lamb
•1 large egg
•3 tsp dried minced onion
•3 tsp dried parsley
•2 tsp dried minced garlic
•1 tsp dried cumin
•1 tsp ground coriander
•1 tsp smoked paprika
•1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
•1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
•1/2 tsp salt
•1/2 tsp ground pepper

Form into balls and convection bake on silicone or parchment paper at 400°F for about 15 minutes, or until they reach 135° internal temp. You should get about 12 1-1/2 inch meatballs from this recipe.
Bang Bang Sauce
mix together
- 1/2 c Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Hot Sauce
