Ingredients:
For Deviled Eggs:
- 6 large eggs, boiled and peeled
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- pinch of salt
- pinch of black pepper
- paprika, for garnish
For Beef Sliders:
- 12 oz ground beef (80% lean)
- Salt and pepper to season
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
For Deviled Eggs:
- Boil 6 eggs, then chill them in an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
- Cut the eggs in half lengthwise, removing the yolks and placing the whites on a serving platter.
- Mash the yolks using a fork, then add the mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Pipe or spoon the filling evenly between the egg whites.
- Sprinkle them with paprika and serve.
For Beef Sliders:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, and season it with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into small, slider-sized patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Preheat a grill or a stovetop skillet over medium-high heat. Make sure it’s hot before you start cooking.
- Place the beef patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer your burgers more well-done.
- During the last minute of cooking, add your preferred cheese on each patty to melt.
Assembling the Sliders:
- Take a deviled egg half (with the filling) as the bottom “bun.”
- Add a beef patty with your chosen melted cheese on top of the deviled egg half.
- Place another deviled egg half (with the filling) as the top “bun.”
- Secure each slider with a toothpick to hold everything together.
- Serve your delicious Double Cheese Beef Sliders with deviled egg “buns,” and enjoy!
