Ingredients

- 4 green onions, chopped and divided

Instructions
1. Make the Cheese Crisps

- Place the cheese slices on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each slice as they will spread.

- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely โ they will continue to firm up as they cool.
2. Make the Salmon Mousse
- In a food processor, combine:
- 2 cans of salmon,
- Greek yogurt,
- 8 oz cream cheese,
- 1 tsp lemon juice,
- 1/2 tsp salt,
- Half of the chopped green onions.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed to ensure an even texture.
3. Assemble
- Once the cheese crisps are cooled, top each with a dollop of the salmon mousse using a spoon or piping bag.
- Sprinkle the remaining green onions over the top for a fresh, flavorful finish.
