Carnivore Experiment 3.0

I will be using my private → Savage Carnivore Army ← community to exclusively detail and breakdown my Carnivore Experiment 3.0. The time it took to do daily videos was exhausting so I will be providing the same information there and posting weekly update videos to my socials.

Here is the outlined experiment!

Weeks 1 & 2: 3,000 Calories

Weeks 3 & 4: 3,500 Calories

Weeks 5 & 6: 4,000 Calories

Weeks 7 & 8: 4,500 Calories

Weeks 9 & 10: 5,000 Calories

Weeks 11 & 12: 2,000 Calories

Daily average over 12 weeks: 3,700 Calories

The reason for this is twofold. Number 1 to avoid any jumps in weight from an influx of inflammation or water retention due to a drastic increase in calories, number 2 to experiment with and illustrate a reverse diet. My last Carnivore Experiment I dropped significant weight after dropping my calories down drastically at the end. I can also use the data after week 10 on its own.

My current “stats” are

Weight: 190lbs

BF: 11.2%

BMR: 2,013 Calories

Avg Steps: 5,047

Avg Calorie Burn: 535 Calories

TEF (at 3,700 calories): 410 Calories

TDEE: 2,958

Estimated Caloric Surplus: 742/day – 62,328 total

Estimated Weight Gain: 17.8lbs

I will be posting my daily step counter, taken with my Samsung Galaxy 7 watch, my sleep, same device, workouts, total caloric burn and macro distribution.

Estimated start date August 12th!
