- 1 tsp garlic & herb seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Wagyu tallow spray (or any cooking oil spray)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan, shredded
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl.
- Spray the drumsticks generously with wagyu tallow spray, ensuring all sides are lightly coated.
- Season the Drumsticks:
- In the same bowl, add the garlic & herb seasoning, garlic powder, salt, smoked paprika, and shredded Parmesan cheese.

- Check for Doneness:
- After 20 minutes, check that the internal temperature of the drumsticks has reached 165°F (74°C) for safety, and that the skin is crispy and golden brown.
