This Air Fried Parmesan Panko Pork Chops recipe is a delicious, low-carb, and crispy dish that’s easy to make and packed with flavor. With a crunchy pork panko and Parmesan crust, these pork chops stay tender and juicy on the inside.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
  • 1/2 cup pork panko
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Tallow spray (or any cooking spray)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Coating: In a shallow bowl, combine the pork panko, grated Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.
  3. Prepare the Pork Chops: Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Spray each chop generously with tallow spray (or another cooking spray) to help the coating adhere.
  4. Coat the Pork Chops: Press each pork chop into the pork panko mixture, making sure both sides are evenly coated.
  5. Air Fry the Pork Chops:
    • Place the coated pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap.
    • Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through (at the 10-minute mark) for even crispiness.
    • The pork chops should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) when done.
  6. Serve: Remove from the air fryer and allow the pork chops to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Pork Belly Burnt Ends – Keto & Carnivore Friendly!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Pork Belly Cut into 1 1/2-2 inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 cup Keto or Carnivore BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees.
  2. Add the pork belly pieces to a large mixing bowl, and drizzle with the olive oil.
  3. Place the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste to the bowl. Toss to combine and coat well.
  4. Spread the seasoned pieces onto a rack on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Bake for 3 hours.
  6. Remove the pork belly pieces from the oven, and place into a casserole dish.
  7. Mix the bbq sauce with the pork belly pieces, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake another 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil, and raise the oven temperature to 350 degrees.
  9. Bake for another 30 minutes, to an hour until the bites are well glazed.
